Better.co.uk is the new name for Trussle.com. It’s the same award-winning service but now with a new name.
Trussle was acquired by Better in November 2021 and we are now changing our name to reflect our new ownership. Better is a family of companies based in the USA dedicated to helping people achieve the dream of home ownership, and have arranged over $100billion of home ownership loans.
Trussle’s mission was to become the leading online mortgage broker and service the UK public with great mortgage rates and exceptional customer service. In trying times, this is more important than ever. Becoming part of the Better Mortgage Corporation allows us to fulfil that promise.
We are here to build a better mortgage culture in the UK, where consumers can access the best rates for their circumstances quickly and fairly.

Trussle will continue as normal, just now as Better.co.uk. You will see marketing and communication changes, such as a website refresh and email design changes. Additionally, our mortgage advisers and associates will announce they’re “calling from Better.co.uk”.
No, our name change will have no impact on your mortgage application. Our top priority is to ensure customers continue to receive the best and most consistent service. Your mortgage application will continue as normal.
Yes. All Mortgages in Principle issued by Trussle are still valid with Better.co.uk.
Yes. All mortgage recommendations issued by Trussle are still valid with Better.co.uk. All we have done is change our name.
No, our name change will have no impact on your mortgage application. Our top priority is to ensure customers continue to receive the best and most consistent service. Your mortgage application will continue as normal.
No. This will not impact your mortgage lender or solicitor, who will be processing the completion of your mortgage.
Yes. All mortgage offers issued by Trussle are still valid with Better.co.uk.

Yes. All post, email or telephone correspondence will continue to be received. Our postal address and telephone numbers have not changed, and our ‘@trussle.com’ emails will be redirected.
Yes. My email address will be updated from ‘@trussle.com’ to ‘@better.co.uk’. You will still be able to email the ‘@trussle.com’ address, but all responses will be sent from the new ‘@better.co.uk’ email.
How Trussle.com (now Better.co.uk) operates will not change. When you come to putting the cover on risk the plan will still be managed by ourselves and be treated as usual. The only difference is that all future emails you receive will be sent from our new ‘@better.co.uk’ email address.

We are changing our name to Better.co.uk in the UK as part of a wider plan to grow and develop the service we provide to our UK customers. Being part of the Better Mortgage Corporation gives us additional scale and resources to help us on our mission to save our customers money on their mortgage payments and achieve the dream of home ownership.
Better.com is part of the Better family of companies operating in the USA. Better has arranged over $100 billion of mortgages to customers in the US. As well as home ownership loans, Better also provides a wide range of financial and legal services to its customers. In 2021 Better acquired Trussle to become their UK operation.
