Who can apply
We can help you if you and the other people on the mortgage:
have an offer accepted on a property
live in the UK
have the right to remain in the UK indefinitely
are not using Help to Buy or Right to Buy government schemes
Steps to getting a mortgage
Complete your mortgage profile
Your adviser will contact you within 24 hours of you completing your profile
Upload your documents
After you've applied
Your adviser will submit your application to the lender
You'll get your mortgage offer
Your solicitor or conveyancer will start the legal side of things (often around 90 days depending on your situation)

Once you’ve accepted a mortgage recommendation from your adviser, we’ll ask you to upload some documents.
You’ll need:
3 months of bank statements
3 months of payslips
your ID - this can be a scan of your passport or driving licence
proof of address - this can be a bill or bank statement with your address on it that’s dated in the last 3 months
If you’re self employed you’ll also need:
2 to 3 years of tax calculations (SA302s)
2 to 3 years of accounts
3 months business bank statements depending on the lender
